JM Ramírez-Suassi is a self-taught Spanish photographer born in Mallorca in 1970, now based in Madrid, JM Ramírez-Suassi blends portraiture and social landscape, often returning to the same places to observe subtle changes over time in an ambiguous space between reality and fiction. Among his main projects are One Eyed Ulysses (2018) and Fordlândia 9 (2020), both self-published, centered on solitude, melancholy and human experience in marginal settings.
