Gilda Mautone works is related to the emotional sphere, fear, emotionality, anxiety, inadequacy are the predominant feelings, together with a strong passion for life that surrounds and marks the passage of time, the characterizing elements are painting and sculpture, the first, in addition to abundantly depicting the human emotional side, adds phytomorphic elements to almost alleviate the pains induced by the various emotional states.
