"So Close" brings together three sculptural practices united by a close, almost physical relationship with material. Ade Quercianera's ceramic piece rises like a small tower on a glazed block, where oxide and turquoise overlap in a surface that seems corroded by time, between ruin and preciousness. Gilda Mautone contributes an element from her carnivalesque imagery: a hybrid helmet, covered in lace and coloured wool, suspended in the air like a trophy or relic on display. Vojtěch Míča closes the dialogue with a sculpture in concrete and stone, where an organic, bulbous body emerges from a broken block, almost an unnatural growth within raw matter. The title "So Close" alludes to the proximity between these different languages — ceramic, textile, stone — which touch without ever fully merging, balanced between fragility and resistance
