The compositions play on mirrored symmetry, doubling the bodies into reflections of themselves, while recognisable details — shoes, fabrics, plush toys — emerge from a dense, almost liquid visual magma. Alongside these, more painterly works blend organic and plant-like forms in warm, acidic palettes, continuing Baker's exploration of photography pushed to the threshold of abstraction. The title "Sets" alludes both to sets of images and to stage sets, photographic setups built and then dissolved by the printing process itself.
